  1. (v3.0) DataFit is a tool which simplifies
  2. the tasks of data plotting, curve fitting
  3. and statistical analysis.  What sets DataFit
  4. apart from similar curve fitting and
  5. regression programs is its ease of use.  With
  6. the combination of the intuitive interface,
  7. online help and wide range of features, it is
  8. a tool which is used effectively by both
  9. experts and non-experts alike.  With DataFit
  10. version 3.0 you can:

  12. - Enter your data in a standard spreadsheet
  13.   interface, import delimited data files, or
  14.   cut and paste data between DataFit and
  15.   other Windows applications.

  17. - Fit your data to 54 built in commonly used
  18.   scientific, statistical and engineering
  19.   nonlinear regression models, or define an
  20.   unlimited number of your own regression
  21.   models.

  23. - Perform linear OR nonlinear regression on
  24.   one model at a time that you choose from a
  25.   list, groups of models (built in model
  26.   groups, or define your own), or all of the
  27.   models available with a simple mouseclick.
  28.   As models are solved, they are sorted
  29.   automatically according to their goodness
  30.   of fit. If you aren't an expert and aren't
  31.   sure which model you should use, DataFit
  32.   helps you make this decision.

  36.   intervals, input vs. estimated data, and
